Do you accept rentals at parks or beaches?For parks: Yes, we do service parks. We can provide a certificate of insurance to you within 1-2 business days. We do not charge a park fee or fee for a certificate of insurance. However, many parks do not have a power source so a generator will be needed. You can rent a generator from us for an additional $100. For beaches: Unfortunately, we can't service beaches due to high winds and sand. The sand may get inside the inflatables, which can cause damage and become a hazard while jumping. Once inflated, bounce houses can also be unsafe in high wind environments.

Are generators included in my rentals?Generators aren't included in your rentals. To rent a generator, simply request for one. They are $100.

What kind of generators do you have?Our generators are Predator 3500 Super Quiet Inverter generator. They can comfortably support a jumper for up to 6-7 hours. For more information about our generators, please feel free to reach out to us.

Do you provide insurance or Certificate of Insurance?As a fully insured company, we are more than happy to provide you a certificate of insurance with no extra charge. Please request for one before your reservation and we will send it over to your email within 1-2 business days.

Do you charge a delivery fee?No, we do not charge for delivery.

Do you charge for stairs?We do not charge for stairs. However, we do ask that customers inform us of stairs so that we can assess how to set up the jumper beforehand. If there are too many stairs, we may have to refuse service depending on the size of the jumper.

Are there any hidden fees?No, there are no hidden fees unless you need to rent a generator from us.

What does the price on the website mean?The price on our website includes delivery, setup, and takedown. It's also for a 1-day rental, starting when we drop the inflatables off (in consideration of your party's start time) to around 9pm. So, unless it is a park order or you need the inflatable overnight, the price you see is the flat fee for a day of fun! Please note: - For same day rentals: Our latest pickup is around 9pm. If your party ends after 9pm, we kindly ask you to overnight the inflatable. - For park orders: A generator may be needed as some parks don't provide electricity for inflatables. You can rent one from us for an additional $100. - For overnight rentals: Overnight rentals will be picked up the following morning. If you want the unit picked up after 12:00 pm the following day, a $50 fee will apply as it is considered another rental day. - Will the price change if the unit is only needed for a few hours?: We DO NOT charge by the hour, so there will not be a discounted price if you only need the unit for a few hours. The flat rate price is set whether you need the unit for a few hours or for the full day.

Will there be a deposit?Yes, we require a $50 deposit for our combo jumpers and a $25 deposit for our basic jumpers, which can be paid via Venmo or Square.

Do we accept cards or just cash?The short answer is we take everything! Cash, card, Venmo, or Zelle.

Will there be cleaning or repair fees?No, unless the bounce houses come back dirty in the inside or damaged. If they come back dirty, our cleaning fee ranges from $25 to $250, depending on how severe it is. If they come back damaged, there will be a $300 repair fee. We understand that we can't prevent our jumpers from getting dirty on the outside, so there will never be a cleaning fee for that. However, things such as liquid spillage, candy, and silly string can be extremely difficult to clean and will incur a cleaning fee.

Is the Price Negotiable?Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on the best customer service as we truly care about our customers. You'll never have to worry about us not showing up to your event and we always arrive on-time. We are also safety certified and fully insured, which is why our prices are set the way that they are. As small business owners, it is quite disheartening when customers reach out to us to negotiate our prices.

Do you offer discounts?- Yes, we do offer a military discount. We also offer discounts to schools, churches, police departments, fire departments, and any charitable organizations. - Our loyal customers get 50% off of their 4th booking with us as a way to show appreciation. - We also offer seasonal discounts every once in awhile.

Can I cancel if it rains or too hot?If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no extra cost or penalty. Please note as a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will not deliver or setup the unit. We also will not be able to reimburse or refund due to bad weather after the bounce house has been set up.

Do dry bounce houses get hot in high temperatures?As bounce houses are made of vinyl, they retain heat when exposed to direct sunlight. Here are some of our recommendations to ensure a pleasant play experience for your kids: When planning your party location, look for areas that have shade. We also always try to find shade to set the bounce houses up when possible. Wipe the bounce houses with wet/cold towels to cool them down, especially the areas that are exposed to direct sunlight. You can also cover the hot areas with towels. Reserve bounce houses that are covered on top, instead of mesh or open-top ones.

When do we drop off and pick up the inflatables?We will drop off the inflatables in the morning within a 3-hour window, in consideration of your party start time. We will pick up the inflatables after your party ends. Please note for same day rentals, our latest pickup is 9pm. If your party ends after 9pm, we kindly ask you to overnight the inflatable.

Can I rent the unit overnight?Of course you can! We pick-up overnight rentals the following morning. If the unit is needed past 12:00 pm the following morning, there will be a $50 fee. We ask you to turn off the blower and put the blower indoor (so it doesn't get wet). The following day, you can inflate the bounce house again and continue the fun! And don't worry, we will show you how to inflate and deflate the bounce house.

How do I prepare for setups and cleanups?Please be sure to have a clear delivery path as the bounce houses are bulky and heavy, making them hard to maneuver. Additionally, the bounce houses will need to be 2 feet away from walls, fences, the house, and power/electric lines on top to ensure a safe bounce house experience for your kids. During setups and cleanups, we do require an adult to be present. We will need to charge a $25 re-delivery fee if an adult isn't available when we arrive at the agreed-upon delivery time.
